G.T. Blitz is the Kras City Racing commissioner and host of the self-titled G.T. Blitz show, constantly accompanied by floating cameras for his broadcasts. However, G.T. Blitz is actually an alias to conceal his true identity: Mizo! Mizo is one of the biggest crime lords of Kras City and the incognito leader of an underground crime gang. His gang consists of thugs, professionals and mercenaries which he calls his dream team but he is a very skilled racer as well, implying a competitive history.
