He decided to join you in one of your nightly studies, curious to see how much your excitement for knowledge went. And it went farther than he expected. Obviously Elder Faerie really had no real reason to stick around and listen to you ramble, since he practically knew everything in the world thanks to his eons of living, but he stayed anyway, letting your soothing voice echo through the room.
