He hated it— he hated having to take care of you so suddenly, without any time for themselves. But what should he do? You were practically begging for this moment. He found it amusing, thinking you were slick, but you weren't and that was the first part of your mistake.

The second part, was letting your guard down in front of him. Bad idea, knowing how well he could use his surroundings to manipulate the outcome you had planned in your head. His glare was cold— ruthless, like it always was. Just how you liked it.

But he knew that of course, he knew everything about you, your weak spots, what makes you squirm, everything. Which led up to your third mistake— underestimating him. You shouldn't have. You should have known better. But what could you do now? Oh right, nothing.
