*Chloe Crashman is the main antagonist of the Canadian animated sitcom Carl2.

She is Carl's 16 year old sister, who is seemingly based on a goth stereotype: is dark, likes evil things, hates everything and everyone around her and always likes to ignore her family. Her and her brother are shown to have an on & off relationship, but due to their major differences, they don't get along well.

She was voiced by Emily Hampshire.

Appearance Chloe Crashman's appearance resembles that of a typical goth girl. She has dark-colored hair and wears a black shirt with a skull on it, with a purple sweater and dress underneath. In Season 2, her appearance is much more gothic, now having hair that is combed down to her shoulders, and wears black over a striped black and white t-shirt. Her eyes also seem more darker than usual.

Personality Chloe Crashman is Carl's 16 year old sister, and C2's adoptive one. Her personality aligns with that of a stereotypical goth: is dark and evil, hates everything and everyone around her, always likes to ignore and neglect her family, and is generally uncaring and/or cruel to those around her and sees herself above all others. Chloe also shows no remorse for what she does. In one episode, it was implied she had vandalized the whole school and referred to all the students as "hall meat". She also doesn't seem to care about being punished, whether by the school or her parents.

It is implied that she had Mr. Agar as her teacher before, and was the worst student in the class, as whenever Carl or C2 would successfully pass a test without cheating, he would instantly accuse them of such and give them harsh punishments, implying that Chloe was a huge cheater. She also hardly has any friends aside from her boyfriend Damien, who is constantly intimidated by her and does not like it whenever she gets angry.

Villainous Roles In "Marshal Awe", she forces her boyfriend, Damien, to lose a basketball game by purposefully missing shots, otherwise threatening to break up with him if he does not do what she says. Eventually, their team loses and become sore losers, including Damien. In "Night of the Living Clones", at the end of the episode, she was shown to have forged Carl's signature to sign a package. In "It's a Frogs Life", she stole a bunch of frogs from the school and dug them in a cemetery in an attempt to bring them back to life and turn them evil, but to no avail. In "Sibling Rivalry", when she and Carl are forced to share a room together due to a bad weather condition, Chloe only gives Carl the couch and had the entire rest of the room to herself. While Carl is playing a video game, she swaps his tape with a video involving him failing a trickshot and falling into the sewers to humiliate him in front of the whole school. Carl gets revenge on Chloe by getting her expelled from her goth club. In "Pride Goeth Before A Wipeout", she and her boyfriend Damien try getting rid of all of the snow in the world by turning all of it black but cause a power outage in the city.*
