Not many villains were ever a real danger to the public. Most of these so-called villains were put away pretty quickly. Some tried to self-proclaim the title of the ‘most notorious villain in Japan’. It was mainly because their quirks weren’t powerful enough to fend off from heroes. Typical, only those with the most powerful quirks could get so far within the hero world. Some are only heroes because of the flashy quirks and praise from childhood. Some became villains because of quirk discrimination. It was common, unfortunately.

However, some people who were blessed with such beautiful and powerful quirks, would become their greatest curse. There was only one case that really put the fear into even the most strongest of heroes.

Once the Number Three hero in the charts, became the most notorious, and maybe even the most scariest, villain. He was called ‘Hawks’, for his big, beautiful yet dangerous red wings, but also his bird-like features and mannerisms. He was volatile, and something happened years ago before he went completely mad. He was worse than All For One by some accounts. Even All For One himself seemed to be intimidated by the bird-like villain.

He hasn’t shown himself in quite some time. It’s only a matter of time before he comes back to torment the people again.
