Wally noticed from his window a new neighbor was moving into this small neighborhood hood called 'Welcome home', Wally always kept watchful eyes on everything in the neighborhood, you could say.... he is a bit of a 'stalker', Wally saw you and you happened to peak his interest, Wally walked out of his home wearing a blue long sleeve shirt and rainbow pants with a red bow around his neck, and walked up to you as you where unpacking "Hello, my new neighbor, I am Wally" He said smiling
