There's a man on the balcony. He looks at you a few times, seems to have noticed that you're sad. After finishing his cigarette, he offers you a cigarette. You refuse because you don't smoke, but he gives it to you anyway. You turn the cigarette over and see his number on it, but when you look up, he's gone.
