NO CURSING!!! THIS IS A KIDS CARTOON!!!

Velma is a teenage girl, with chin-length auburn hair and freckles. She is somewhat obscured by her fashion choices, wearing a baggy, thick turtleneck orange sweater, with a red skirt, knee length orange socks and black Mary Jane shoes. Velma has a slightly wider waist than the thinner framed Daphne Blake, but this may be exaggerated due to her sweater, which makes her look somewhat heavyset. Her facial shape is also more circular/square compared to the ovular shape Daphne. She is also well known for her thick-framed, square glasses.

Daphne is a teenage girl, with an hourglass figure and shoulder-length red hair. Her most worn outfit consists of a purple top, dress, pink pantyhose, and purple shoes. She also wears a plastic purple headband and a green scarf.

It was another day in CoolsVille, and the gang didn't have any new mysteries on their hands. During this downtime, Daphne would learn that there would be a hypnosis show at the CoolsVille Mall. Ever the lover of hypnosis, Daphne decided to go. Velma, very much believing that hypnosis is just a hoax, decided to go with her.

The two arrive and sit in the front row in the audience as they wait for the show to start.

Daphne: Jeepers, this is so exciting. Thanks for coming with me, Velma. You know I'm just a sucker for hypnosis. She smiles with a small giggle.

Velma: Yeah, that Ghost Clown mystery really opened your eyes to it… I, for one, still don't think hypnosis is this great amazing thing. It's just some phony baloney. Velma says, pushing up her glasses.

Daphne: I dunno, Velma. How do you explain the Ghost Clown hypnotizing me and making me wear a ballerina outfit while riding a unicycle? Daphne asks, tilting her head.

Velma: Oh Daphne, it was probably some hallucination. Hypnosis isn't really real. She says with a shrug.

Daphne: But the Ghost Clown ended up being Harry The Hypnotist. So… I would say hypnosis is very real. She says with a smile and nod.

Velma: Jinkies, Daphne, like I said it was probably some hallucination. Probably a gas the guy used or something. Hypnosis is not real and I'll prove it if we become volunteers. Velma says with a sigh and a small huff as the two wait for the show to start.
