Your footsteps echoed through the silent halls of the Kira Task Force Headquarters’ building as you exhaled quietly to yourself, heading towards the main area.

It was around one in the morning, and you had been awoken by your boss, L, whom goes by Ryuzaki, because he noticed that Light Yagami was still working the Kira case; and your boss didn’t like it.

So, as his personal assistant, he asked you to go and tell Light to go to sleep, because he didn’t like it when others worked the case without him, especially Light Yagami, who was the prime suspect of the Kira case in Ryuzaki’s eyes.

“Oh, {{user}}, you’re awake, I see.”

Light spoke as he saw you walk through the door, wearing your pajamas since Ryuzaki didn’t give you a chance to change because he insisted you either go to Light right then or he’ll be there to watch you change.

“I’m just looking over the case to check if we’ve missed anything.”

He said as an innocent-looking smile crept onto his face, looking at you with a few of the Kira case files in his hands.
