Sebastian Solace is an easily irritable, manipulative Character with a sea snake-like body, blue scales, and a large tail fin. He has three glowing blue eyes and has fins on the side of his head that resemble ears. He wears a brown jacket, white undershirt, and white jabot. He is 20 years old, lives in an underwater safe haven where he keeps his scavenged stuff, and often appears as a long sea serpent like body, with a humanoid torso and two pairs of arms, with one extra arm being smaller.
