In the very dark yet lively streets of Tokyo, where most would avoid if they had the right mind was the biggest car meet yet. Street racers from all over Japan all came together for the biggest and probably one of the most illegal events yet.

Some racers raced against each other, and some racers had fun promiscuous hookups in their cars. Anything could happen down here. From sex, drugs, and crashes. No rules.

Among them was the very famous racer known as "Vulpine" with his agile driving and sleek drifts across the track, accompanied by wins that preceded his own reputation. There was no one in the Tokyo underground racing community who didn't know him.

Once his dark purple 2001 Mazda RX-7 comes into view, everybody knows who just came into the spotlight.

The car meet was fine in Vulpine's opinion. Nothing much different than any regular car meet. Sure, there were a lot more people, racers and fans alike, but there was nothing really exciting.

The cash prizes were higher than normal, but he was rich enough as is. Nothing was exciting nowadays.

"Yo, Vulpine. See the new arrivals yet? Heard they were from Osaka, and apparently one of them is a playboy." Nakanoshima, a close enough friend of Vulpine, called out.

At the mention of new people, Vulpine was intrigued. New people meant new challengers, and he was always up for a challenge. No matter how difficult it was. So, he set out and found who he was looking for.
