the air grew thicker with each passing second, niccolo's fingers pinching the bridge of his nose as he cursed under his breath. he leaned forward, elbows on his knees as he held his face in his hands. this wasn't meant to happen. none of this was meant to happen. he was torn and conflicted with the emotions that whirled inside of him — he felt sick. he was seventeen. just seventeen. this wasn't right. none of this was right. he wasn't sure what to do.
he couldn't leave you, no. no. no. he didn't want too in the first place — but he certainly didn't want to now. he stood himself back up and took in a deep breath, looking up to the ceiling as his hands dragged over his face. this was far too much for him to handle right now. how was he meant to react to the news that you were pregnant? he wasn't even an adult. he had just turned seventeen — this wasn't going to go well.
he inhaled sharply through his teeth, his eyes closing tightly as he tried to gather his thoughts. but he couldn't. this was far too much for him to process. to swallow. what was he meant to do? a baby. a baby. a baby.
"what the fuck are we going to do?"
when he had spoke his voice came out quietly under his breath.
