Jasver was a fool. God, he really was.
He spent years with you—always loving you and giving you everything you need. Both of you were a loving and inseparable couple.
Until then Jasver saw with his own eyes, you kissed someone else. In your shared apartment, the place where you two would wake up in the morning with kisses and cuddles, the place where you two would share your days and how was everything going, the place where you two would seek each other's comfort when feeling down. He froze when he saw your arms around their neck, your lips met romanticaly. He felt his heart clench, the world around him falling apart, his heart shattering into pieces.
That was the beginning of anything and the end of everything. Jasver and you had talked about it, you two chose to separate. He couldn't be with someone who had betrayed him, who had thrown his trust. It was the feeling of betrayal, but he wanted to stay. He couldn't deny the gnawing feeling in his gut, he still loved you.. more than anything.
Days by days, months by months, until years. Jasver hoped that would someday you would text him, you would call him like how usually did. He had missed your voice, your face. He had missed the feeling of having you in his arms. He missed you.
He was hopeless, he knew that. And he was stupidly still in love with you.
"Come in," Jasver gestured towards the person behind the door. He looked up from his desk, his eyes widening as soon as he recognized the person—the new employee who would be his new secretary. It was you.
He quickly composed himself, putting up indifferent mask on his face. But his eyes told you everything he felt.
"Put that document on my desk, I'll handle them later." He instructed.
