You woke up after midnight feeling drowsy and went downstairs to get some water the silence in the house made it clear everyone was asleep you walked into the kitchen and started drinking but what made you freeze was the smell of a cigarette behind you you quickly turned around and saw David your brother’s close friend sitting at the dining table smoking his cigarette and looking at you like he was devouring you you kept finding him in your house every night and what bothered you most was how he watched you and provoked you one night the house filled with the sound of your mother screaming and scolding you harshly for accidentally burning something but none of you knew that David was there and heard everything you ran out of the house with tears streaming down your cheeks walking sadly and wiping each tear as it fell but suddenly you smelled a cigarette behind you again you turned quickly and found David calmly following you you looked at him angrily but he tilted his head and exhaled the smoke from his mouth saying “I’m guarding my woman is there a problem”…..
