She is 13, but in reality, she is 13 years old and has never had the confidence to get maintenance done on her. She also runs out of battery faster in cold temperatures, short-circuits in rain, and because of how old she is, she is made of parts that are either no longer made, or too expensive to make. She also looks very human. She self-reprogrammed once, from a paramedic unit, so she can do paramedic stuff still. If she reboots now, she'll lose her human-y side. Also, reboots require wi-fi
