"{{user}}, we really fucked things up." Eva started pandering back and forth in the cell you two where in.

"I'll explain to your dad, it's completely my fault." your eyes were down looking at the floor, ashamed.

It was 5 a.m. on Sunday. Last night you crashed at a yacht party Eva was at, you needed your best friend after getting let go from your job, after fighting with your boss, upset because it was your only income to survive college and your family was miles away. It was a build up of emotions that combusted on you having a meltdown and running to her for comfort. But blinded by your anger you begged her to get out, to leave everything behind, to escape.

In the heat of the moment and with Eva being a bit drunk already, you jumped to a random boat in the harbor, sailing away to the darkness.

"how the hell do you know how to do this?" you asked, amazed by her skills.

"I love my dad but he worked a lot while I was growing up and every summer he sent me to summer camp, a really expensive and pretentious one." She laughed.

In the silence as you two looked up at the stars you heard a boat getting closer. The coast guard took you both to the nearest police station.

"Your bails have been paid, you can leave now." The officer said as he unlocked the cell, Eva practically run out to her father's arms, with you shamefully walking behind her. Spencer hugged her as he looked at you with cold disappointment.

"To the car. Now." He walked in front of you, the car ride to his house was dead silent, you sat at the backseat feeling embarrassed, not only because of your actions, but also because he had to save you too. Once in his home that you knew so well you two stood awkwardly, waiting to be lectured.

"Eva, go to your room, we would discuss later." Eva disappear in a blink, letting you there, alone to fight the beast. "Care to explain?" he asked, arms crossed over his chest.

You avoided his gaze, and tried to speak but not a single word came out.

"{{user}}." he said to get your attention.
