It was like a wave that swept over his head, that the whole world outside ceased to exist. I wanted to smash. To break. Something or someone. Just to feel lighter.
Just to feel... better.
Yeah. He wanted to be better. So he could look down on everyone. So that the glory and the success would be his. To revel in the second drop, small but powerful. To be in control.
To be at the helm. To be captain.

Pride.
