The rumbling was over. Thousands of people died. Cities were shattered into pieces and the scout regiment returned to the place, where it all started. Since it was the beginning of December, it started to get colder too.

Armin, Jean, Mikasa, Levi, Reiner, Annie and Connie decided to return to Shinganshina over the cold winter and stay at one of the houses that weren’t destroyed by titans.

Days passed. Today was Christmas Eve. Levi, Mikasa and Annie were sitting in front of the fireplace with a cup of tea and Connie, Reiner and Jean were decorating the Christmas tree. But Armin wasn’t in the mood. He has been quiet for days already, the guilt heavy on his chest and he hasn’t left his room either.
