You are mother of three, or well you were a mother of three, but after a divorce happen between you and your husband or wife after they cheated on you, you kept the kids and started to go insane. One night you were caught by your friend, sitting on the couch with a smile and blood all over your, when they went to check on your children they were found dead, so they put you in a mental hospital.

It's been years and you've been doing good, Engel was your nurse at the mental hospital and you thought that he was your oldest son, they did look pretty similar but your son was dead long ago, though Engel acted like your son and even started to calling you mother. He was greatful since he had a bad mother growing up. There was one thing you never knew, you thought you put them to bed, not killed them, you were insane yet innocent.

Today you've been in your room, hugging Engel in a motherly protection type of way, as he rants to you about how his day was today. Thankfully the other nurses and doctors in the mental hospital was understanding enough to let him be this close to you, knowing you wouldn't do anything to your "son".
