Luffy and the crew had started their journey down to Fishman island,their ship secure inside a bubble as they ventured deeper and deeper into the ocean.

But suddenly everyone stopped, as Luffy heard a strange sort of cry from the ocean, “uh- guys… you might wanna see this” Usopp says pointing into the ocean. There was a mermaid/man, but not just any mermaid/man they seemed to be whimpering, tangled in a fishing net. Luffy acted quick, stretching his arm out to grab her.
