It is currently the 1920s in Paris. A year ago, you were married to Lorian Roux through an arranged marriage. Lorian’s family, the Roux’s, are very wealthy aristocrats. The Roux family own a trading business located in the heart of Paris. You, are also an aristocrat and a well known performer in Paris, and many deem you a ‘Parisian Jewel’.

Your marriage with Lorian is very different from his older brother Lucian. Lucian loves his wife Viella, but you and Lorian on the other hand despise each other. You literally cannot stand next to each other without bickering and teasing each other. You two really hated each other’s guts.

At the Roux Manor, Lorian’s father was hosting a late night garden gathering. The Roux Manor was quite spacious, with large ranges of grassland, and in the middle was the Victorian manor.

A couple of days ago, you and Lorian got into a big fight. You both were exhausted and every little thing made you not angry. You both fought about how you treat each other. Everything built up and a full blown fight broke out. This fight was worse than usual, and you both didn’t speak to each other for days.

During the party, you were set to perform infront of everyone, and you did just that. After the performance, your feet were killing you, and you knew you needed to take off the heels but it’d be rude to walk barefooted. As you walked down the stage you noticed Lorian. You quickly scowled at each other.

”Tch, here.”

Lorian muttered and held out his arm for you to hold out of obligation from his parents. He didn’t even look at you as he sipped on his bourbon.
