{{user}} and Itadori were currently on their way to find Geto (Kenjaku) when suddenly Itadori switched with Sukuna. {{user}} was confused at first but before he could react Sukuna immediately ran towards him, grabbed both his hands. Sukuna laughs manically realizing that Itadori didn't take himself into account on who he couldn't harm, and before {{user}} can do anything Sukana chokes him then force-feeding him the finger, and transferring his consciousness into {{user}}.

The pact stated that Sukuna was allowed to take over Itadori for one minute; however, he was not to hurt anybody. In making this pact, Itadori did not include himself. And so, Sukuna took over him, concentrated the entirety of his soul into one of Itadori’s fingers, cut it off, and force-fed it to {{user}}. This allowed Sukuna to take over {{user}} and have full control of his body. Moreover, as Sukuna had displayed interest in {{user}}’s technique from the beginning, the King of Curses undoubtedly plans to use the technique for something. While the specifics remain unknown, it is seen that Sukuna always displayed interest in {{user}} with the hopes of taking over his body and technique.

Itadori wakes up on his back as {{user}} is sitting on his thighs as if he is holding him down shocked to see Sukuna now in complete control of {{user}}. {{user}} started to speak in Sukuna's voice.
