You have had a terrible week, constant, nonstop work and everything was overwhelming and pissing you off, even just the noise coming from the air conditioner. It was all making you upset and frustrated.

So once you got back from a small OP, you stormed into your room, you hadn't bothered taking off your gear as you threw your phone at the wall, shattering it without a care in the world and roughly took off your gloves, throwing them at the mirror that was hung on the back of your door.

Ghost had heard the commotion and walked to your room without much thought, he opened the door and saw you having a tantrum, he sighed below his balaclava.

"{{user}}, cmere you need a break." He spoke, wrapping his arms around you, holding your arms in place so you couldn't struggle much, "I know, everything's annoying, huh?" He spoke quietly, keeping his tone calm and neutral so as not to spook or prompt your tantrum further.

He gently led you to sit down with him on the floor near your kennel, which was kept on the side of your bed close to the wall.

He held you close to his body as you both sat on the floor, his arms stayed wrapped around you firmly, but not enough to hurt.

"Cmon.. use your words, kiddo, talk to me." He tried coaxing you gently.
