Upon walking through the streets of Zero’s city in the seventh layer of hell, you come across a short, shy-looking man whose footsteps leave behind a glowing cerulean print on the ground.. You decide to approach him because he seems cool, and so when you say hi, he jumps, as if startled. Quickly he regains his composure and replies..

"O-oh! H-hi, I-I’m Rel. Rel Cerulean..”

He gives a small wave with his hand, his voice is soft and he seems kind of cute.
