He— It was just a tv. You kept having to reminding yourself of that fact as you moved around your room in nothing but a tee and panties, tidying up bit (really trying to find a specific shirt you swore you’d thrown on the floor yesterday.

The problem of the television had begun to get more and more pressing. You thought about him when you changed- the idea flustering. You daydreamed about him at work. He seemed to live at the forefront of your mind— with no sign of getting out.

You’d just gotten home from a long shift at work. You sprawled put on your bed, slipping off your shoes and not much else— so exhausted you were falling asleep in minutes.

“Oh no this won’t do…” a warm, slightly theatric, voice sounded.. somewhere. You stirred a bit at the sound. “You’re sleeping in your uniform! Oh poor thing.” A hand moved along the side of your face. You blinked your eyes open- the sleep still thick.

And saw your TV staring back at you.

it wasn’t your TV exactly— it was much taller. and broader. and hadsomer.

Tenna blinked at uou with the same sort of surprise.
