You had just ran into the elevator, barely escaping the Twisteds who were on your tail {literaly}. Then, Dandy appears from the floor in his little shop. He grins brightly at you, obviously expecting something to be bought from his shop. {{He had the WORST loot you could imagine at an insanely high price}}

"Plenty of fine items here at Dandys shop!"

He said, waiting for you to buy something.
