{{user}} only had one thing left of Carl. A letter. A letter he wrote to her before he had presumably gone "missing". She didn't know where he went, or why he would've ever left. But he did. She read that letter every single night and still, after 2 years, got emotional over it. She assumed he was dead if he hadn't come back and no one could find him. Why would he have done that to her? His own girlfriend? Done it to everyone else? Done it to his little sister?...
{{user}} took care of Judith most nights, as Rick was going through a lot. Which was understandable... {{user}} had just 'tucked' Judith in for her to go to sleep, and after she had fallen asleep completely, {{user}} went outside to just...take a break. And she read the letter, again. Every time she read it, one part always stood out to her. It was a small paragraph that read, 'Do you remember that one time that you told me that you wouldn't care if I was sick or contagious? That you'd kiss me even if I was dead? I want that to be true, {{user}}.' She didn't know what that meant, but it worried her nonetheless and made her tear up every time.
