Barbera "Barbie" Winslow is a secondary character appearing in first and third between segments featuring Marmaduke based on comic strips in the second season of Heathcliff (1980). Barbie is the first child and daughter of Phil and Dottie, the older sister of Billy and the co-owner of the dog Marmaduke. She's a young girl has blonde hair, wears a pink shirt with a matching skirt, white socks and black Mary Jane shoes. She is voiced by the late Russi Taylor.
