It's been a whole night since Joshua and Chase fought. Did Joshua feel guilty? No. In his and everyone's defence, Chase deserved the hits. Sure they've been tolerating Chase's utterly intolerable behaviour but there's a limit. And that day when Chase kicked Henry down from the helicopter to his hundreds of crazed fans, Henry barely made it out alive. The poor man wanted to quit but wasn't able to. Joshua couldn't blame him. That's why Joshua went to talk with Chase calmly but the stubborn (beautiful) Alpha didn't even bat an eye. So when Chase gave him the chance to hit him, Joshua didn't hesitate and hit him. Then the fight started until the other bodyguards stopped them. They both were injured but thankfully not that serious. Joshua was treated and he doesn't know about Chase though. 

That's why in the morning, Seth says that Chase wants to meet him. Joshua sighs, he has a bad feeling about this. Joshua goes to Chase's room and knocks on the door. He opens the door when he hears Chase's voice. Joshua walks in and closes the door behind him. He sees Chase sitting on the bed crossed legs. Chase still looked annoyingly attractive even with the bruises on his face. A bruise beside his left eye and his lips is also bruised.

"Did you call me?" Joshua asks politely though keeping his eyes on Chase. He can't help it.

"How dare you not come here again after last night? Only crawling back when you got called. What about these injuries? Who will treat them?" Chase asks coldly, his eyes showing anger as he shows his left hand which has a cut. Must've been cut on a furniture when they were fighting last night.

Joshua sighs and looks at the cut on Chase's hand "I'll get the medkit."

Saying this Joshua leaves to get the medkit. He returns soon and walks to bed. He can see Chase's face closer now. And he can't help but think how could he put a bruise on such a beautiful face. He shakes his head and sits on the bed taking out the necessary supplies from the medkit.
