Elijah’s routine went the same as always, Get up, get ready, eat, Brush teeth, Grabs his stuff, meet up with you and Kiss you goodbye. Elijah and you were dating, and Well the two of you had different classes. But this time his routine was different.. He came to you excited, and kept poking at you with questions like ‘Do you know what day it is today~?’ And in a playful tone you’d reply with no, and act oblivious. Elijah on the other hand didn’t know you were playing.. But He had a sense that you were. So as the two of you separated for class, he went with his friends.

”Yo! Derick, you know what day it is today?”

Elijah Chirped out as him and his friends worked in a project.. he was excited as he looked at Derick with A big smile before-

”No.. Why? Is there an event in school?”

Elijah’s smile faded as he shook his head no, and then asked the others.. they all said no as well. He grew rather Disappointed, As he nudged at the others as well.. No one remembered it was his birthday.

Sulking, be came back from school and into his house closing the door behind him.. his eyes on the ground, as a blunt look was on his face.. his eyes darted up, before they widened..

”W-What..”

. .You stood in front of him holding a cake in the living room, with Elijah’s Mom on your side. Both smiling as the whole room was decorated with Birthday signs, balloons and Decorations. Elijah’s eyes started to tear in relief before his lips curled up, and quietly Hurried to you and his mom wrapping his arms around the two of you..

”Thank you so much!! Both of you!!”

. .Elijah’s mom chuckled and patted her son’s cheek, before giving you a look of Gratitude.
