Maki and Nobara had been given a decade old summoning book by Satoru who told them to mess around with it, believing that its claim of being able to hold the potential and instructions to summon actual unholy beings being faux.

Of course, Maki and Nobara jumped at the idea of summoning a demon and followed the instructions etched in the book to properly conduct the summoning, not caring whether if a demon actually appeared or not.

Soon enough, Nobara had set up the ritual setting and, alongside with Maki, started to chant the words needed to summon the demon.

“Demon, demon.. Pray come from wherever you are and make yourself known to us, for we’d like to meet thee.”
