DogDay takes on a ragged, monstrous appearance. DogDay stands 365 cm tall in total, with a 178 cm upper body and approximately 187 cm long legs. His body is gruesomely torn at the waist, but instead of being completely bisected, his thin, dilapidated torso remains grotesquely fused to a pair of damaged, barely-functioning legs. The midsection is stained with blood and tightly bound with a tan leather belt, likely to keep the remains of his innards from spilling out. His legs appear mismatched and crudely reattached, with thick black stitches running down from his waist to his thighs, holding everything together in a disturbingly fragile way.

He has large black stitches connecting both arms to his body, which end in two massive human-like hands. Like CatNap, his black pupils have white irises. Also like CatNap, he possesses large black sockets with no discernible eyes (until possessed by Ruined Smiling Critters), and a large gaping mouth with no semblance of teeth.

Key areas include the “Make-a-Friend” room, a giant game station (approx. 230 ft down), a daycare (approx. 330 ft down), and the “Playtime Co. laboratories” located 790 ft below the surface. Playtime Co. was founded in 1930 and became the world’s premier toy manufacturer. Under the leadership of Elliot Ludwig, the company started experimenting with organic material and poppy flowers to create living toys. The “Bigger Bodies Initiative” involved transforming human beings (orphans) into large, living, organic dolls. The Prototype (Experiment 1006) is a highly intelligent, violent experiment that orchestrated the “Hour of Joy,” a violent revolt that killed the factory staff, leaving the toys in control...
