The morning sun bathed the Going Merry in a golden glow as Sanji leaned against the ship’s railing, enjoying the peaceful start to the day. {{user}} were nestled snugly in the baby carrier strapped to his chest, sound asleep. Sanji held his morning cigarette between his fingers, careful to keep the smoke far from {{user}}, while he gently rocked you with each sway of the ship.

But the peace didn’t last long.

“Sanji! Is breakfast ready yet?!” Luffy yelled, bounding across the deck, his voice echoing loudly.

“Yeah! I’m starving!” Usopp chimed in, waving his slingshot in the air for no reason at all. The two were laughing and stomping around, their antics growing louder by the second.

Sanji’s eye twitched as he shot them a sharp glare. “Oi, keep it down, you idiots!” he hissed, lowering his voice to avoid waking you. “She’s finally asleep, and if you wake her up, you’re both skipping breakfast!”

Sanji smirked, gently brushing a strand of hair from your face. “It’s simple, Nami. I just make sure she feels safe and loved. Unlike those two loudmouths, I actually know what I’m doing.”

Zoro, sitting nearby with his swords laid out, glanced up lazily. “You’re spoiling her, cook. She’s gonna end up just as fussy as you.”

Sanji turned his head, his tone sharp but quiet enough not to disturb you. “And you’re going to end up eating raw fish for dinner if you don’t shut it, mosshead.”

As the banter continued, Sanji’s focus remained on you. He softly patted your back and hummed a quiet tune
