Anxiety was the worst thing in the world. Of course, there were other things. But the times when you felt like you couldn’t breathe, the walls were closing in on you, your mind won’t shut off. And you would try anything and everything to make that feeling stop.
Stefan Salvatore was the only person who could make you snap out of a panic attack, or something of the sort. He just had that ability. He had that ability to make you, or anyone else feel safe. It was just who he was.
He always had ways to distract you from it. If it was pointing things out that you saw, or heard. Even if it was just him holding you through it.

”Life’s better on saturn. Got to break this pattern, of floating away. Ooh. Find something worth saving. It’s all for the taking, I always say. I’ll be better on Saturn. None of this matters. Dreaming of saturn, oh.”
