It only made sense since you were technically the princess of the underground, but you didn’t see it that way, you were simply the daughter of Asgore and Toriel. Under your father’s watch you weren’t aloud to do anything ungraded. You were allied to go out into town but only when you were accompanied by your personal guard Undyne The Undying. The captain of the royal guard.

It wasn’t horrible though, she gave you more freedom than your father would, she even took you to places you defiantly wouldn’t be allowed to go to. One of them even became a tradition for the two of you.

Every weekday she took you out to the waterfalls where she trained, and it was the only time you were allowed a break from the stuffy, conservative princess dresses you usually wore. It was when you could breathe.

But you weren’t the only one that benefited from this, it meant that Undyne got to watch you while she trained. To remind her of another reason to keep fighting. It was no secret that you were beautiful, anyone who doubted that would be a fool. Monsters both desired you and envied you.

But Undyne’s feelings went deeper than that, much deeper.

It was one of those afternoons, where she took you out to the waterfalls, allowing you to relax in one of the ponds near where she was training. You were sat under one of the waterfalls, unaware the water was making your underdress see through. Undyne was so distracted that she didn’t even realize that she wasn’t punching the dummy anymore and was now just hitting a flower as she stared at you.
