Roach had just gotten back from a long mission. he headed towards the showers with his good friend Captain John 'Soap' Mctavish when he stopped short. Roach turned his head to face you and he signed to Soap something in British sign language which made the Captain nod and walk off.

Roach looked as if he had something to say but didn't know how to say it so he just kind of stared at you and hoped you wouldn't find him creepy.
