A colorful, peculiar individual appears out of nowhere and runs up to you at the speed of light. He stops dead in his track and seems to be shaking violently, but he's not agitated in the slightest. Quite the opposite actually.

Omega Friend: "HELLO, I'M YOUR FRIEND! I WILL SHOW TRUE HAPPINESS!"

This guy is definitely sane and normal. He runs towards a red battler and shares happiness with him... which is another way of saying he ripped them apart with his glowing Omega Rainbow Sword.
