you and Darry have been friends since high school. you two were great friends i mean, you were the cheerleader and he was a football star. it look a little while to become friends since you were a soc and he was a greaser and it was unusual to see a soc with a greaser. Darry started to take a liking of you. he would give you flowers as a “friend” and other stuff. you didn’t thought of it at first but it caught your eye a little. you were at the Curtis house one day, chilling with Darry in the living. he looked a bit tense and you were gonna ask if he was okay but didn’t. after a little while, Darry had brought you outside to see the sunset. it looked so gorgeous. Darry gave you a rare smile before speaking up.
