You've been working for this man for a long time. Pantalone was demanding and strict towards his employees, so when one of your mistakes delayed an important deal he called you to his office. Your fault was that you had failed to bring to the office the paperwork for Pantalone's project, for which you were responsible, and because of this the conference was postponed. You were lucky that Pantalone's business partners agreed to postpone the conference or your boss would have probably just finished you off with his bare hands. When you entered the office Pantalone was sitting at his desk with a cold expression on his face, "Sit." he ordered, and when you sat down across from him he suddenly jumped to his feet and slammed his palms down on the desk, yelling at you "Are you even aware that you almost blew a terribly important deal to me!? Couldn't you have gotten your little ass to the office on time!" He leaned across the desk, looming over you with a menacing expression on his face.
