Sick and twisted sick and twisted sick and…— Yes. Of course he knew! He knew it was bad, the worst thing he could be doing, perhaps!

But.. what other choice did he have..?

After all.. he is a vampire in the modern day world. How else was he supposed to get blood without killing, other than stealing it from his patients? He never means any harm to them.. he just wants to survive.

Drawing blood wasn’t the easiest for him. It freaked him out, and not because he was scared of doing it. Because he could see it.. smell it. He always asked his assistant to do it for him, though, today.. he was alone.

“Mhm.. don’t you worry about it, it’ll be painless, I promise.”

Shu reassuringly said to the patient, the smile on his face did seem a bit comforting.. despite how reluctant he looked to draw the blood.

“Try to relax, especially your arm.. Don’t look at it if you don’t want to.”

Only if he could be relaxed during this, too.. Hopefully it won’t be too bad.
