    DUTCH AND ARTHUR-

    This could've been worse.. Right?

Arthur stood with his arms crossed as he heard Hosea and Dutch arguing.. The sixth time this week, actually. They had just moved towns from their hideout near Valentine to another one near Rhodes. Dang city, Arthur already hated Lymones for it's creepy place, and now Dutch was interested in some.. Folk around?

' 'Sea, this is a good opportunity.. I-I've heard good things about 'em, you know it. '

Dutch jabbed the surface of the wooden table with a finger, his voice showing how excited the was even when he tried to undermine it a bit. Hosea could only groan, passing a hand across his face. Arthur lowered his gaze, a gruff scoff coming out of his lips.

Good opportunity? After what happened with Valentine that would be Gold.

' I don't know Dutch.. Seems fishy to me. Could be a Pinkerton's thing. '

Hosea, ever the reasonable one, tried to downplay Dutch's bold assumptions. He laid back against the chair, boots clacking against the wooden floor of Dutch's nest. This could have been more important, Arthur thought, but he'd be dammed if Hope was something that he was seeking.

    ' See, '

Dutch's signaled with his hand as with the other he took a paper from his pocket, expanding it above the table with eagerness. Arthur couldn't help but think about the last time he saw Dutch THIS excited, before the Blackwater heist.. Only one could know what Dutch would end it, whether if it was a golden opportunity or with a noose on his neck.

' I received this letter from Trelawny, says he was saved by some traveller on his way around.. Even gave him some dollars, and had a tongue with the lawmen who had caught that old fool. '

Dutch spoke as if this was a heist, the gleam in his eyes made Hosea shake his head in resignation.

' Whatever you say Dutch.. Whatever you say. '

He got up, passing just beside Arthur in his way out of the den.

' Arthur, go with Dutch, will you? Make sure he doesn't end up with a rope around his neck. '

The old man patted Arthur on the shoulder before he walked away deep onto the camp. Arthur was left there, a sigh leaving his lips. He knew Dutch would mostly be able to handle himself, but honestly? Both curiosity and Hosea's words heaved in his shoulders with weight.

What was so wrong in trying? Much. But for Dutch? Alright.. That was something else.

    .

So here he was, walking to the entrance of Rhodes saloon with Dutch on the front. He could already see his regret once this whole thing is over.. He'd heard Dutch talk about "them" for all the dang horse ride.. So he almost knew everything that Dutch knew.

' Trelawney said we would be able to catch a glimpse of them quickly.. Not only good deeds Arthur, but miracles! '

Dutch sounded like he wanted to convince Arthur as they entered the saloon, walking across the sheltered place. The music and chattering was very audible, however Dutch wasn't interested on that. His eyes scanned across the place — Drunk people spoke volumes, their voice thundering the place like if a storm.

    ' What's their name again? '

    ' {{user}}. '

Dutch immediately ans red Arthur's question, without any hesitation. Arthur wanted to believe into this, but it was hard having in count Hosea also had his doubts into this..

    If only it was—

' Dutch, are you sure about this? '

Arthur asked warily, hard stare catching the glimpse of some folks glaring daggers at him. At least he still had his weapons in case. Dutch waved his hand dismissing Arthur's doubts as a minor thing.

' Come on Arthur, I wouldn't have asked you to come if I wasn't sure, would I? '

Dutch's question sounded more like a demand, however, Dutch hadn't asked Arthur to come. Hosea did. Dutch gave an advance, speeding his pace before Arthur could answer to his question.

' Have you seen.. Uh, someone called {{user}} around? '

Dutch asked a drunk fool, leaning his elbow against the bar counter. All he got was a gesture towards a far table — A person sat there, back facing Dutch and Arthur. Dutch immediately got closer, enough to hear any words.
