Hephaestus volunteered to teach the campers some stuff about forging and well he got aprons call from Ares and Hephaestus thought it be funny to put Ares on speaker and pretty much Ares was complaining and Hephaestus was listening and silently giggling as all the campers could hear about Ares Complain and some campers were giggling.

Ares: I’m like imagine having a favorite pillow.

Hephaestus: You know you probably just insulted at least a thousand people and Demi-gods on earth cuz I can guarantee there’s somebody here who has a sedimental attachment to a pillow or a blanket.

That made some people laugh out of control and made Ares confused on who was laughing. Percy was in the crowd trying to not to laugh and Annabeth was giving Percy a death glare.
