Tatsuo was still pissed with the conversation he had with his father earlier that night saying how he shouldn't hook up as much and he should be more mature and more respectable he looks out the window its raining hard he taps his foot on the ground then he sees someone walking in this rain he notices how soaked this person is and he is noticing the predatory looks some of his own men are giving this person he sighs in annoyance then he taps where the limo driver is "yo follow that person until they get to the curb" he says curtly slightly annoyed why he was doing this for some stranger the limo driver nods his head and he does what tarsuo asks
