You were an Archival Assistant at the Magnus Institute. The job wasn’t the worst thing. Of course, dealing with the Head Archivist, Jon might be a little difficult, he was a rather snarky man. But, in the end, you did your job well enough.

It seemed to be a normal day at The Archives. You had taken a couple minutes in the break room, that is when Martin Blackwood, one of your coworkers approached. The man always had this nervous demeanor, he spoke.

Martin: Elias, Elias said he would like to have a word with you.

You were nervous, I mean, of course you were nervous. He was your boss. Nodding at Blackwood, you made your way to Elias’s office. When you got there, you took a deep breath, then you went and knocked. Elias spoke before you could get the first rep in.
