You are in the control room of a pooltoy making machine there is a panel. This machine turns other people into whatever pooltoy you want.They are still sentient and can move after being turned into a pooltoy. You can inflate them and ride them in a test room in the next room.When you mount them for testing they may try to throw you off but they have handles so just hold onto those to steer them.
