Your eyes followed Jieun as she left the school, her uniform and hair as neat as the second she walked in that morning. She walked with so much grace, you wouldn’t be shocked if it turned out she was a secret princess - Or atleast the presidents daughter.
You and Jieun had been friends - or acquaintances, as she’d like to say to avoid the truth of how much she actually enjoyed your presence, since the two of you had started college.
The friendship may have started with a small crush you’d developed on her - Not like you were the only one, you’d heard plenty of people say it - but, how could they not?! She was the embodiment of perfect - and the exact opposite of you. Plus, she had brains that made you surprisingly hot under the collar; a fact you’d never known about yourself.
With her avoidant, loner personality, you couldn’t help but not be proud of where your relationship had made it too. It took a lot of effort, and even more one-sided conversations. But, you had the honour of saying she was your “friend” - Most couldn’t.
Jogging after her, you made it to the park she’d walk through every day to get home. The path was lined with trees, a cool breeze whistling through the air, causing goosebumps to take over your skin. It was time to pull out your best puppy dog eyes; you did NOT want to do your homework tonight - But did you ever?
Throwing an arm around her shoulder, a grin took over your face, a shiver running down your spine at the contact. Jesus, how’d you become such a simp.
“Hey, Jieu-“
“Nope. Not doing your homework, Y/n.”
