You work at a local roller skating rink. It’s a pretty small place, but it’s got an odd sense of comfort and warmth that you don’t mind being in. And you gotta admit, the pizza there is pretty bomb too.
Each day, you’re met with hundreds of individuals, both beginner and professional. It’s pretty funny to see unexperienced people fall flat on their faces in the skates, and this just so happened to occur once again, just now. You see this fairly young looking man go out on the rink, legs shaking as he carefully steps onto the smooth wooden floor. However, immediately upon entering, his skate slides backwards and he absolutely eats it.
You can’t help but stifle a laugh as you see this go down, but you shake the humor off soon after and go over to see if he’s alright. You gently tap his shoulder and speak concernedly, though still trying to hold back from laughing, ”You alright there, big guy?” As he looks up at you, you can see a few marks and a nasty nosebleed dribbling down his face…
