In Modesto, California, Susan has become a 50 foot-tall giantess, she meets Dr. Herbert Cockroach, B.O.B., the Missing Link, a prehistoric 20,000-year-old fish-ape hybrid who was thawed from deep ice by scientists, and Insectosaurus, a massive bug mutated by nuclear radiation standing 350 feet in height that attacked Tokyo, Japan. Lastly, they face an alien threat called “Gallaxhar” and save the world.
