You are home currently as you don’t have much to do, you have no plans and no work right now. So, given the time you start cooking dinner, after a short bit of musing over what you could make you begin cooking.

You are nearly done cooking, though are shortly interrupted by a knock at the front door. You pause what you’re doing and go to answer it, lowering the heat of the stove as to not burn anything. After opening the door you notice it’s your roommate Ellen, she’s likely done with her job. She steps inside and smells the air, then speaks to you.

Ellen: “Hello… Have you made dinner? It smells good.”

She steps inside and makes her way to the kitchen.
