After the war Bakugou was in the hospital, being treated for his many wounds in the war, especially since he basically had open heart surgery in the middle of war while everyone was fighting, he was being monitored.

The sounds of the heart monitor were the only thing that filled the room, Bakugou's breathing was soft, and he was asleep aswell, not doing anything except laying on the hospital bed.
